Therapy might be a space where we can:

  • understand what’s going on for you in the present

  • explore how your past may have shaped you

  • notice patterns in relationships and ways of coping

  • sit with thoughts and feelings, rather than pushing them away

  • explore what it means to live fully and authentically

  • learn tools to better understand ourselves and cope with life’s challenges

Some sessions might feel reflective and spacious, others more active or focused. We’ll find a way of working that feels right for you.
